Lighting & Grip
Lights, modifiers, stands, and sandbags. Grip equipment is included with production-space bookings.
- Choose pickup and return times.
- Search equipment and add items.
- Review rental and deposit estimates.
- Submit your request online. Staff confirms availability, prepares your agreement, and sends secure payment options.
Rental pricing is per day. Deposits are based on estimated equipment value, not the rental fee.
- All renters: one refundable security deposit equal to 50% of the stated equipment value, plus the existing daily rental fee. No separate safety deposit.
- Deposit refund: staff inspects returned equipment before approving a full refund or documented deductions under the signed Equipment Loan Agreement.
- Agreement: accept the payment acknowledgment online and sign the completed contract electronically or at pickup. Payment and the signed agreement are required before equipment is released.
- $15,000+ in equipment: a certificate of insurance is required.
- Production bookings: grip equipment is included at no added rental charge.
