• Choose a membership if you’re visiting weekly, need booking hours, or want consistent access.

• Need flexibility? Start with a bundle (five “Community Day Passes”) and upgrade later.

Here are our recommendations for different team roles and sizes:

• Co-founders: Choose individual memberships. When partners want equal ownership and autonomy, this lets each co-founder have individual access, and their own membership, benefits, and relationship with The Corner. This also allows for separate billing (each person can pay on their own card or be reimbursed). Also great for: independent collaborators, freelancers, advisors.

• Team Staff: Choose our “Team Add-Ons” option. One primary account pays one invoice for the whole team. Easier administration: Quickly add/remove team members as roles change. Ideal when access is tied to employment (e.g., staff, interns, assistants). Best for: small businesses, nonprofits, agencies, project teams.

• Blended Access: Need mixed access? You can have one or two people as full members, plus “Business-Hours” team seats for everyone else.

• Flexible Common Room: 40–50-person multipurpose room with a kitchenette for meetings, events, productions and trainings. Tables and chairs available.

• Adaptable Training Room: 20-seat training lab with access to desktops and laptops, projectors, or TV. 

• Room for Production: Flexible common room with kitchenette. For a cost upgrade you have the option to add the adjacent media studio for additional space for photo shoots, podcasts, and more.

 Yes—depending on your membership tier. Every member in our upper tiers gets their own 24/7 access-key card to our secure creative studio and media lab. Perfect for those all-nighter projects!

Yes. The Corner’s members are able to rent industry-leading production equipment, backdrops and bookable space for client or personal use.

The Fabrication Lab at The Corner by YDC supports hands-on making across Apparel Design, Digital Fabrication, and the Woodshop. All use must be scheduled and mandatory training is required prior to using equipment.

• Apparel Design: DTF apparel printing and garment workflows. Great for merch, uniforms, and small-batch apparel.

• Digital Fabrication: Laser engraving/cutting and 3D printing for prototypes, signage, and custom parts.

• Woodshop: Tools and workholding for building, finishing, and assembly (training and scheduling required).
